Each DAMAPREZIOSA creation begins with an ornamental vision, where artisanal tradition meets a contemporary idea of luxury.
The upper and lining are crafted in BioVeg®, an advanced animal-free material produced in Italy and selected for its refined appearance, softness, and durability.
Every decorative element is the result of meticulous craftsmanship: metal structures are assembled and plated before each crystal is individually set by hand, creating a composition rich in light, texture, and delicate dimension.
The sole is made in Thunit®, chosen for its durability and elegant finish.
Slight variations may occur as a natural expression of true craftsmanship.

CARE AND INFORMATION
Keep away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and rain, as prolonged exposure may affect the appearance of the materials and decorative elements.
If your sandals get wet, dry them immediately with a clean, soft cloth.
To remove light marks and preserve the brilliance of decorative elements, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
When not in use, place tissue paper inside to help maintain their shape and absorb humidity.
Store in the dust bag and box provided.
The glitter in the soles is subject to wear, especially in the supporting part of the footbed.
MATERIALS & CRAFTSMANSHIP
DAMAPREZIOSA creations are designed with a cruelty-free approach, combining animal-free materials, refined decorative elements and Italian craftsmanship.
Our sandals and selected accessories use advanced animal-free materials such as BioVeg, made with components derived from recycled polyester from plastic bottles and bio-polyols from non-food, GMO-free corn crops. Sandals are finished with Thunit soles, an elegant alternative to traditional leather soles, appreciated for its refined appearance and resistance to abrasion.
DAMAPREZIOSA jewels and decorative accessories may feature gold-tone metal structures, crystal embellishments, decorative cabochons, enamelled or coloured details and luminous accents, depending on the design. They are conceived as statement accessories rather than fine jewelry, with a strong focus on visual impact, brilliance and coordinated styling.
Our metal mesh belts are made from a soft, slightly elastic metallic mesh in copper and steel, finished with 18k gold plating.
All DAMAPREZIOSA creations are designed and handcrafted in Italy with the support of small artisan workshops. Decorative elements are often applied by hand, one by one, giving each piece its distinctive luminous character.
SHIPPING / RETURNS POLICY
As part of our commitment to a more sustainable business, all of our delivery are completely carbon neutral. Utilising DHL’s GoGreen shipping initiative.
When you have placed an order, you must also wait up to 2/4 weeks to give us the opportunity to make your sandal.Duties/Taxes are NOT included in the shipping cost and you are responsible for these fees when your order arrives into your country. If the customer refuses delivery due to import duties and taxes and other charges or commissions, the package will be returned to the sender, in those cases, any additional costs that will occur will be borne by the customer and the original order will NOT be refundable.
RECEPTION OF THE PACKAGE
The customer is strongly advised to check the status of the packaging and the number of Products received upon receipt and to indicate any anomalies in the courier's transport document before signing the proof of delivery.
If the package shows signs of tampering or alteration, the user must immediately inform us by mail to: shop@damapreziosa.com without prejudice to the fact that the rules on the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity are still present.
Please note that pursuant to art. 59, first paragraph, letter c) of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the provision of “products that are custom packaged or that are clearly personalised”.
We DO NOT accept returns, all our products that are custom packaged.
If the product you ordered does not match your size, you can replace it within 14 days of receipt and your order.
Our returns lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused
and in the same condition that you received it.
The Product shall be kept, handled and examined with the level of care to be normally expected, please try your shoes on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for an exchange.
Damapreziosa reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your exchange is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
The returned product must be in the original packaging equipped with labels, dust bag and information leaflets and the box cannot be used as a parcel for delivery but must be protected in another package so as not to be damaged.

When the package returns to Italy from a country outside the European Union customs and import duties are required at customs, which are estimated at around 26-28% of the price paid for the product will be deducted from your refund.
