CARE:
Keep protected from direct light exposure, excessive heat, and rain, insofar as these conditions could alter the color and glue resistance.
Should your sandals get wet, pat dry immediately with a clean soft cloth, never use a dryer or hair dryer as excessive heat can cause damage.
To clean minor scuffs or marks, and to polish the crystals, use a soft dry cloth.
When storing, fill the bag with tissue paper to help maintain the shape and absorb any humidity in the environment.

MATERIALS & CRAFTSMANSHIP
DAMAPREZIOSA creations are designed with a cruelty-free approach, combining animal-free materials, refined decorative elements and Italian craftsmanship.
Our sandals and selected accessories use advanced animal-free materials such as BioVeg, made with components derived from recycled polyester from plastic bottles and bio-polyols from non-food, GMO-free corn crops. Sandals are finished with Thunit soles, an elegant alternative to traditional leather soles, appreciated for its refined appearance and resistance to abrasion.
DAMAPREZIOSA jewels and decorative accessories may feature gold-tone metal structures, crystal embellishments, decorative cabochons, enamelled or coloured details and luminous accents, depending on the design. They are conceived as statement accessories rather than fine jewelry, with a strong focus on visual impact, brilliance and coordinated styling.
Our metal mesh belts are made from a soft, slightly elastic metallic mesh in copper and steel, finished with 18k gold plating.
All DAMAPREZIOSA creations are designed and handcrafted in Italy with the support of small artisan workshops. Decorative elements are often applied by hand, one by one, giving each piece its distinctive luminous character.
Returns Policy
Right of withdrawal and returns
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. The 14-day period starts from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the product.
In the case of multiple products ordered together but delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day on which you receive the last product.
For customers located outside the European Union, DAMAPREZIOSA may accept return requests within 14 days from delivery as a commercial return policy, subject to the conditions set out in this Returns Policy.
To exercise your right of withdrawal or to request a return, you may use the electronic withdrawal function available on our website under “Withdraw from the contract / EU Right of Withdrawal”, or contact us by email at shop@damapreziosa.com.
If you use the electronic withdrawal function, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email, on a durable medium, with the date and time of your request.
Effects of withdrawal and refund
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received for the returned product, including the standard delivery costs originally paid.
Supplementary delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us will not be refunded.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw, subject to our right to withhold the refund as stated below.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product back, or until you have provided evidence of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.
Once we receive the returned product, we will check its condition and process your refund promptly. Where the product shows a diminished value resulting from handling beyond what was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct an amount corresponding to that diminished value from the refund.
Return conditions
The product must be returned without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw or, for non-EU customers, requested the return.
Please return the product complete with all original packaging, labels, tags, boxes, dust bags, certificates, accessories and security seals, where applicable.
Footwear must be returned unworn, undamaged and in its original condition. You may try the footwear on only to establish its size, fit, nature and characteristics, as you would be allowed to do in a physical store. Footwear showing signs of outdoor use, worn soles, stains, marks, alterations or damage may be subject to a deduction for diminished value.
Bags and accessories must be returned unused, undamaged and complete with all original packaging, protective elements and accessories.
You remain entitled to withdraw even if you have handled and examined the product to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. However, you are responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

Return shipping costs
Unless otherwise indicated, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
You may return the product using a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transport arranged by the customer.
Upon request, DAMAPREZIOSA may assist with the return shipment through its logistics operator. The cost will depend on the country of collection and will be communicated to you before the return is arranged.
Returns from outside the European Union
For returns shipped from outside the European Union, return shipping costs, customs duties, import charges, taxes, brokerage fees and administrative costs related to the return are borne by the customer and may be deducted from the refund, where applicable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Products excluded from withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
— products made to measure, or clearly personalised or customised according to the customer’s specific request;
— sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if they were unsealed after delivery.
The above exclusions do not apply where the product is defective or non-conforming.
Defective or non-conforming products
If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged product, please contact us at shop@damapreziosa.com, indicating your order number and providing clear images of the issue.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Where applicable, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with consumer protection laws.
Discounted items
Discounted and sale items are subject to the same statutory consumer rights as full-price items, including the right of withdrawal where applicable and the legal guarantee for defective or non-conforming products.
