SIZE: Please consult the size chart carefully when making a selection. If you don't have a tape measure, use a piece of string and then hold it next to a ruler. Decide where you will wear the belt: hips or waist, etc. Measure where you want the belt to fit your body. Our metal mesh belts are made from a soft, slightly elastic metallic mesh in copper and steel, finished with 18k gold plating.
